Invite each person from Settings → Team and they get their own login rather than a shared password. As you invite them you choose whether they can reach every connected social account, including ones added later, or only the specific accounts you assign. Invitations expire after seven days and can be resent, revoked or edited before they are accepted. Multi-user support depends on your plan, and the account needs a confirmed email address before anyone can be invited. [**How teams work in Postpone **](https://www.postpone.app/features/teams-and-collaboration) ### **Can a volunteer be limited to just the accounts they help with?** That is what permissions are for, and they go finer than most tools allow. Content access is either all account content or only what that person created. Inbox access splits into public comments and private messages, so someone can answer comments without being able to read DMs. Analytics, post tags, the Subreddit Manager and feeds are each their own toggle, as are settings pages like default post settings, custom schedules and data export. Only the account owner can edit the admin permissions — managing team members, and connecting or managing social accounts — and the owner’s own access cannot be restricted. Post tags apply to every post in a scheduling session, so a campaign scheduled to five accounts at once carries the same tag on all five without anyone setting it five times. Analytics → Tags then aggregates likes, replies, views, engagements and engagement rate across everything sharing that tag, filtered by date range — which is the number a board report or a grant write-up actually wants.
