## What They Say About Postpone

Creators, agencies, and non-profits, in their own words.

-
  > ### Helped grow my audience and increase my revenue by 6x.
  >
  > I've tested 10+ social media schedulers, and let's be honest—they all truly suck. Then I found Postpone. It is a fantastic product that helped me grow my audience and increase my revenue by 6x over the years. Don't waste your time with inferior tools.*![Headshot of Eric M.](https://www.postpone.app/_vercel/image?url=%2Fimages%2Favatar-eric-m.jpg&w=160&q=78)

  > I post on Reddit about 200 times a week. I set up all my posts in Postpone, get a notification when it’s time, and publish through Reddit like normal. It saves me hours each day, and everything goes up as a regular post so I don’t have to worry about my account getting flagged.*![Headshot of Ginger P.](https://www.postpone.app/_vercel/image?url=%2Fimages%2Favatar-ginger-p.png&w=160&q=78)

## **Postpone Use Cases FAQs**

Questions That Come Up Whoever You Are

One tool doing several fairly different jobs. These are the things worth knowing before you decide which of them is yours.

Still have questions? Check out our help center for answers to most of your questions, or reach out to our support team.

[**Visit the Help Center **](https://help.postpone.app/) [**Contact us **](https://www.postpone.app/contact)

### **Is Postpone built for one person or for a team?**

Both, and the difference is a plan rather than a different product. On the free plan a solo creator connects two social accounts and schedules real posts with no credit card. A team adds teammates, each with their own login and their own permissions, rather than passing a shared password around.

Teammates are unlimited on Professional and above, so growing the team does not change what you pay per person, and there is a separate set of plans for agencies and brands alongside the ones for individuals.

[**Compare plans **](https://www.postpone.app/plans)

### **Can one Postpone account hold several brands or clients?**

Yes, one Postpone account holds as many brands or clients as you need. Add each one under Settings → Clients, assign its social accounts, and Scheduled Posts, Post History and Analytics all filter down to a single client — or schedule to every account that client owns at once. Billing is per Postpone account rather than per client, so the number of clients is not what you pay for; the number of connected accounts and scheduled posts is.

### **Do I need to hire a social media manager to get value out of this?**

No, and the parts that usually need one are the parts Postpone does for you. Best-time recommendations decide when a post should go out, the AI assistant drafts the copy and rewrites it shorter, longer or in a different tone, and a weekly or monthly email report says which posts worked without your opening the app. When you do hire, nothing has to be rebuilt: invite them with their own login, and the content library, hashtag groups and brand voice settings are already there.

### **Can a teammate, client or volunteer be limited to certain accounts?**

Yes, and it is the ordinary setup rather than an advanced one. Choose which social accounts a person can reach, whether they see all content or only their own, and whether the inbox means public comments, private messages or neither — with separate switches for analytics, post tags and data export. Posts can also be held for approval before they publish, so somebody can draft without being able to publish.

### **Is there a discount for non-profits?**

Yes — 50% off paid plans for qualifying charitable organizations, applied for by email rather than through a form. One thing is worth knowing before you subscribe rather than after: it cannot be applied retroactively to a subscription you are already paying for, so ask first if you think you qualify.

### **Can I drive Postpone from my own code or an AI agent?**

Both, and they suit different jobs. The GraphQL API is for code you write once and run on a schedule; it reaches the whole product across all twelve platforms, with no per-platform developer app to register. MCP is for natural language — connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or an agent of your own and ask it to schedule a post or report on last week.
